What are the requirements to list a job here?

To be listed on our job platform every employer needs to fulfill our diversity criteria. You can submit your profile here and we'll get back to you within 48 hours if we are able to list you. 
These are the criteria we look into: 
 • have a diversity goal in place (visible on the website)
 • inclusive job ads / inclusive career page
 • diverse leadership team or clear willingness
 • no negative gender-related reviews on glassdoor/kununu
 • family-friendly policies
 • working from home/flexible working conditions
 • personal & professional development opportunities
 • support programs for female talents (mentoring, networks, etc)

In order to be listed as 🇺🇦 supporter, additionally your listing has to fulfill one of the following criteria:
- offering relocation to people in Ukraine or Ukrainians who were evacuated;
- remote jobs open to Ukrainians affected by the war;
- open to people of non-Ukrainian origin in Ukraine or who were evacuated;

How do I upload a job? And is it really free?

Yes, you currently can upload any job for free, once your company got approved.

Your job will be upgraded to a premium listing at no extra cost, if the job is suitable for people affected by the war in Ukraine.

For your job listing to be suitable, it has to be one or more of the following:
- offering relocation to people in Ukraine or Ukrainians who were evacuated;
- remote jobs open to Ukrainians affected by the war;
- open to people of non-Ukrainian origin in Ukraine or who were evacuated;
