your area of responsibility

About the Position 


Reporting to the General Manager Flora Professional, the Head of Professional DACHIT plays a critical role in shaping the future of Flora Food Group’s B2B business. This role leads the newly structured Flora Professional unit across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy — overseeing external sales and commercial performance across a wide range of foodservice channels and sub-channels. 


Key Responsibilities Include 

  • Lead and grow the Flora Professional business across DACHIT with full P&L responsibility. 

  • Drive sales in core channels: wholesale, HORECA, distributors, and independent sales. 

  • Expand into new segments like branded QSR, industrial foodservice, and chain restaurants. 

  • Focus on Germany as the key growth market; manage distributor-led setups in AT and CH. 

  • Acts as member of regional Professional LT and local DACH LT, with close market collaboration 

  • Oversee forecasting, pricing, channel marketing, and digital activation. 

  • Lead a team of 13 and collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and retail teams. 

  • Act as a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a strong growth and execution mindset. 

your profile

What Does It Take to Be Successful? 


Ideally, you bring over 10 years of work experience, including 5–10 years in leadership roles within commercial or sales-driven environments. Additionally, you have a strong track record in HORECA, wholesale, and independent foodservice sales, with experience across multi-channel B2B operations such as QSR, industrial, or chain restaurant segments. 


You know how to build and lead teams in market-regional-cross functional matrices, within fast-moving organizations, and you’re confident managing P&Ls, customer-centricity and forecasting demand. 


You take a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, with the creativity to drive innovation and unlock growth. 


You’re fluent in German and English and have experience delivering results in complex economic environments.
