your area of responsibility
You collect and analyze user feedback and business requirements to support product development and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market.
You focus on reporting risks and creating functional and high-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects.
You continuously evaluate and improve business processes to ensure their efficiency, while recognizing mutual dependencies.
You manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders, support or lead contract negotiations, define SLAs based on business requirements, approve orders and review invoices.
You follow industry trends and new technologies and, where appropriate, make recommendations for their use.
You organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training courses.
your profile
Completed studies in IT or business administration.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or in a comparable position.
Passion for listening, understanding and questioning.
A solution-oriented and team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Knowledge of project management tools and agile methods, such as Jira and Confluence.
