Infrastructure expertise (specifically in Connectivity) and at least 3 years of experience in an IT function
High level of personal integrity
Energetic, engaging and collaborative
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and planning skills
Good written and verbal English
ITIL certification, experience with network technology (Cisco, Barracuda), network security, Azure network (Vnet, subnet, routing) and advanced skills in switching, routing, firewall, VPN, AD, CA and Radius are advantageous

your area of responsibility
The IT Technician Connectivity supports the IT Infrastructure Team and the Product Owners to find technical solutions, working on tickets, changes and service requests, as well as a part of projects as project team member
In close cooperation with the Product Owner, this role should identify improvements of processes, create new service requests and is responsible for high quality of service delivery, as well as to improve the stability of out IT environment are the key function of this role
Supports the Product Owner and the warroom team with their technical and internal knowledge
Working on a daily base on tickets (incidents, changes and service requests)
