your area of responsibility
As a Performance Marketing Team Lead for paid search, you will build up the team and take over the management and delivery of our paid search, shopping, display & video campaign strategy across channels and markets
You monitor, analyze and optimize your teams’ performance towards key business metrics
You implement on-going analyses and develop strategies and actionable objectives and key results with your team
You contribute to and foster the creative processes, using industry best practices and a creative feedback loop
You work cross-functionally with Analytics, Data Science, Product and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are set up for success
You are part of the leadership team and decision making process to push the business forward
You are the main point of contact for our stakeholders at Google and cooperating agencies

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70.000 gross per year on a full time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
