your area of responsibility
Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
You are passionate about e-commerce and actively contribute to initiatives that drive online sales on Amazon and other marketplaces across Europe, the Middle East & Africa, as well as the USA & Australia & CEE.
You manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace team, supporting them to meet sales goals and enhance performance across multiple platforms.
You assist in implementing and analyzing marketing strategies, optimizing product detail pages (PDPs), and improving conversion rates (CVR) and multiple other KPIs in collaboration with the team.
You help manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, specifically Amazon Ads, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and Display & DSP (Demand-Side Platform) strategies to drive sales growth.
You stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, helping inform decision-making.
You support demand planning and help ensure stock availability across key marketplaces.
You work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech specialists, logistics, purchasing, product managers, online operations managers, retention experts, and data analysts, to successfully execute marketplace strategies and meet performance targets.
your profile
Your strengths and qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in managing E-Commerce stores, Amazon accounts or other marketplaces. Experience running your own marketplace account or E-Commerce store is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of project management, including hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, Sellerboard (or similar), and Helium 10 (or similar).
A degree or relevant education in marketing, business, communication, or a related field.
A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
Entrepreneurial experience or working in a fast-growing startup is a big plus.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 40.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
