your area of responsibility
Project Leadership: Lead projects in the production environment, including project evaluation, milestone, and cross-functional resource planning to improve quality and productivity.
Project Management Tools: Establish project management tools for various project phases (charter, traffic light system for status, reporting and stakeholder information, meetings and workshops, closure, and evaluation).
Problem Solving: Conduct structured root cause analyses and problem-solving in collaboration with departmental teams.
5S Implementation and Continuous Improvement: Implement 5S principles and continuous improvement processes, building organizational and procedural structures for multi-project management.
Communication with Management: Maintain regular communication with senior management regarding the status of key projects, escalation of resource conflicts, and project hurdles.
Innovation and Competitiveness: Act as a source of ideas for enhancing the company's competitiveness and drive cultural development towards operational excellence.
Training: Train colleagues in the application of improvement tools.

Educational Background: A completed university degree in a technical field or significant professional experience with appropriate training.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities.
Lean Management Experience: Experience in lean management, problem-solving techniques, Scrum, KVP, or similar methodologies is advantageous.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to work on complex tasks, handle them in a structured manner, and find creative & innovative solutions.
Analytical Thinking: Affinity for numbers and strong analytical thinking.
Independence and Motivation: High degree of independence and motivation, as well as strong persuasion, assertiveness, and communication skills.
Innovative Mindset: Enjoyment in building new structures rather than following well-trodden paths.
