8+ years of relevant managerial experience in marketing, sales, business development, and corporate relations.
Proven track record in managing business P&L and excelling in direct sales to corporates.
Genuine love for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, and a passion for growth, and creating a positive impact and long-term relationships
Extensive knowledge and network within the local innovation ecosystem, and excited about being recognized as a thought leader in this field
Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of building and nurturing a strong team and fostering relationships within the digital tech ecosystem.
Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel when needed.
You combine a strategic mindset with a hands-on mentality. You love data, thinking strategically and seeing the big picture while not shying away from complex projects and getting things done.

your area of responsibility
As the Country Lead for Austria, your main focus will be on growing the business and running local operations. You´ll actively engage with the local innovation ecosystem, be a part of the entrepreneurial community, and expand your network.**
In other words: in this position, you’ll breathe, live, and be entrepreneurship, growth, and innovation! 🚀
Your tasks include:
Developing and executing a growth plan to achieve significant growth over the next few years, all with an eye on profitability and scalability.
Managing the P&L and overseeing all business development and operations.
Building strong partnerships and unlocking new market opportunities in Austria and beyond.
Leading and mentoring the local team, recruiting new team members, and integrating them into the global team.
Collaborating closely with the global team to align on strategy and goals.
Acting as the face of our client in Austria, engaging with local media to boost brand awareness and credibility.
