your area of responsibility
Performance tracking: Establish and maintain performance tracking frameworks (internal and external KPIs) to understand our performance and identify category developments. This also incl. continuous tracking and analysing of industry trends and competitor and customer activities.
Strategic planning: Using insights of Upfield performance incl. in the broader context of the category, identify potential white spots and generate strategic recommendations for future growth (e.g. pricing, promotion, product assortment).
Daily project management: Collaborate across functions, incl. sales, marketing and finance to implement strategic plans.
You are the key contact to support the commercial leader of these countries when it comes to data analytics, strategic recommendation but also preparation for internal business reviews.
Prepare and support: in the cross-functional development of customer facing documents e.g. for annual customer reviews/negotiations as well as internal business reviews.
your profile
You are an Undergraduate, Business School Graduate or similar
Ideally 1-2 years of work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or FMCG in-house strategy or in a commercial function
Skills in PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to draw insights from data and communicate these effectively
Capacity to work independently with high attention to detail
Strong time management including ambitious timelines, prioritisation and planning skills
Market knowledge in Austrian or Swiss Market are a strong plus
Ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
Proficiency in English and German is a must
