University degree
Min 1 year’s work experience in Sales Cloud (both operations and development)
Basic knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL), triggers and classes welcome
Fluent in English, other European languages as advantage
Proactive behavior in order to resolve problems & queries

Capable of managing many different cases at the same time

your area of responsibility
Support users on a daily basis by performing administrative and analytical tasks relating to account creation, mass down & uploads of credit notes, pricing, customer data, incomplete or incorrect request data and other operational needs as it relates to Opportunity-to-order-to-cash process
Help to drive continuous improvement by working as part of the team with all business departments (mainly Sales, Finance and Order Fulfilment ) to assess their automation needs
Assist in the design and implementation of new features and maintenance of existing functionalities including automation, scripting, troubleshooting, fine-tuning and reporting
Participate in projects that involve various stakeholders to introduce new features, promote overall acceptance, increase usability and know-how of Salesforce
Act as an administrator of Salesforce from a development and an architectural point of view
