  • 2 -3 years of Account Management at a media/digital agency

  • Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies

  • First experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus

  • Native German speaking and fluent in English

your area of responsibility

  • You will work closely with our Agency Partnerships Managers to support pitches & concepts for key agencies with KPI deliverables in mind.

  • You'll run client / vertical insights analysis

  • You will also work with the creative strategy team to support the planning/ implementation of campaigns to deliver against Client goals and work with AdOps to check and reserve required inventory.

  • You'll foster a key relationship with Sales Ops to ensure all clients and Advertisers data is accurately setup in the sales CRM tool.

  • Maintaining a strong communication flow from approvers on bookings and encourage a smooth booking procedure from Io to Invoicing. You will be facilitating entry campaigns / contracts, ensuring they are issued accurately. Additionally you will work to gain new campaign approvals and align with legal where necessary to get agency contracts and campaign agreements approved.

  • There is scope to support the pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and generally maintaining a healthy environment within the CRM system.
