2 -3 years of Account Management at a media/digital agency
Have the ability to collaborate, work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple business functions and geographies
First experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders
Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams is a big plus
Native German speaking and fluent in English

your area of responsibility
You will work closely with our Agency Partnerships Managers to support pitches & concepts for key agencies with KPI deliverables in mind.
You'll run client / vertical insights analysis
You will also work with the creative strategy team to support the planning/ implementation of campaigns to deliver against Client goals and work with AdOps to check and reserve required inventory.
You'll foster a key relationship with Sales Ops to ensure all clients and Advertisers data is accurately setup in the sales CRM tool.
Maintaining a strong communication flow from approvers on bookings and encourage a smooth booking procedure from Io to Invoicing. You will be facilitating entry campaigns / contracts, ensuring they are issued accurately. Additionally you will work to gain new campaign approvals and align with legal where necessary to get agency contracts and campaign agreements approved.
There is scope to support the pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and generally maintaining a healthy environment within the CRM system.
