3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally as a Product Owner in the areas of web applications, conversational interfaces or as a Project Manager in an agency
solid technical understanding for digital products (e.g. frontend, backend, infrastructure, etc.)
understanding of innovation methodologies, e.g. customer discovery, lean startup, etc.
experience in working with agile frameworks such as Scrum
detail-oriented with the big picture in mind
passion for innovation, digital products, design and user experience
a well-structured & organized way of working
eagerness to take up the responsibility for multiple projects at the same time
self-confidence in communicating openly & directly at eye level with clients
a strong motivation for constant learning & evolvement
fluency in German AND English mandatory
Epic nice to haves:
previous experience in creating your own product or side-project
experience in using low-code or no-code tools (e.g. Bubble, Wordpress, etc.)
basic programming skills (i.e. in either backend or frontend)

your area of responsibility
collaborate with innovation managers to support clients along the innovation journey, facilitate workshops and validate product ideas
define product vision, roadmap and concrete requirements with our clients while keeping user perspective and budget constraints in mind
closely collaborate with clients, engineers and designers and take end-to-end responsibility to deliver great products
document requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
maintain the product backlog, prioritize user stories and plan sprints in coordination with the client
track progress, monitor budgets and actively communicate with internal & external stakeholders
actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our agile software development processes
