your area of responsibility

  • executive program design: Craft and oversee our leadership offers tailored to the needs of female executives, focusing on networking, business development, and visibility.

  • stakeholder management: Serve as the primary liaison for community members, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.

  • high-level networking: Facilitate high-value networking events and initiatives, creating spaces for collaboration, sharing of best practices, and strategic connections among female leaders.

  • career transition support: Conducting interviews with leaders to understand their career aspirations and providing tailored support in identifying and securing new opportunities that align with their goals, thereby facilitating their transition into roles where their leadership can flourish.

  • editorial leadership spotlight: Organizing and conducting interviews with leaders for editorial features in the lead magazine, enhancing their visibility and sharing their insights and success stories with a wider audience to inspire and empower our community.

  • business development: Identify and cultivate partnerships and opportunities that drive growth for both the community and its members, leveraging your understanding of the business landscape to benefit female leaders.

  • community expansion: Strategically expand the community by engaging with potential members and stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of joining our network of female executives.

  • system optimization for strategic initiatives: Spearheading the development and enhancement of systems and processes to bolster your strategic plans, ensuring our community's operations are streamlined, efficient, and effectively support the empowerment and advancement of female executives.

your profile

  • 👩‍💼 experienced leader: You have a proven track record of leadership and/or engagement within executive circles, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities for women in leadership.

  • 🤝 a master at building connections: You excel at bringing people together, fostering connections, and nurturing relationships within the realm of female executives and leaders.

  • 📖 skilled storyteller: You possess exceptional storytelling and editorial skills, capable of capturing and presenting leaders' journeys in a compelling manner that resonates with and inspires our audience.

  • 👣 empathetic career strategist: You exhibit a keen ability to recognize outstanding leaders and talent, coupled with a deep understanding of HR practices, to guide and support leaders in navigating their career transitions effectively.

  • 📈 an engagement lead: You possess a flair for engaging in meaningful conversations with (potential) members, confidently presenting the value of our community. Your approach is key to ensuring that potential members are not only informed but also motivated to join and contribute to our mission.

  • 🤝 as a fan of collaboration: Proficient in people and project management, you bring a wealth of experience in fostering seamless collaboration within your team. Your expertise extends to successful interactions with cross-functional teams, where you adeptly navigate challenges.

  • 🎯 proactive and hands-on: thinking ahead and anticipating needs is second nature to you. You're proactive and have a getting-things-done attitude.

  • 🎙 confident communicator: whether on stage or in meetings, you're comfortable representing us. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. English is a must, German is a nice to have.

  • 💻 tech aficionado: Proficient in online tools such as Slack, GSheets, Airtable, Clickup, Typeform, Canva, and Wix.

We'd like to inform you that this role requires an approx. commitment of 20 hours per week with future possibility to increase to 25-30 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
