your profile

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree with a focus on Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Strategy, Business Administration, or closely related subject

  • Solid working experience in the field of ESG, Sustainability and Environment with a demonstrated track record of implemented initiatives

  • Solid knowledge of ESG reporting and framework standards and trends

  • High personal dedication and interest toward sustainability and positive change with a drive to make an impact

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders & networks (e.g. NGOs, academia, ESG advisors, professional associations and others)

  • Great project management and project facilitation skills

  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus

  • Legal work authorization to work in Austria is required (Non-EU-citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)

your area of responsibility

  • Act as a specialist in cross-company Environmental Social Governance (=ESG) initiatives and corresponding analytics to continuously expand their global sustainability platform and sustainable impact

  • Lead and supervise project management work streams around ESG activities, strategy execution and corresponding ESG KPIs and dashboards

  • Foster systematic alignment of their corporate disclosures with generally accepted ESG reporting standards and frameworks

  • Coordinate activities around successful annual non-financial disclosures (ESG reporting), 3rd party assurance process and various ESG ratings

  • Continuously monitor and review changes, updates, and expectations within the broad international sustainability space to successfully position them for changing external requirements and trends and to drive positive impact

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.093,91 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
