We are looking for a data-driven individual, who is eager to fine-tune our stakeholder journey and scale our community + partnership efforts to enable the next generation of female leaders to get their seat at the table.

Is it you, we are looking for?

  • you love data and data-based decision-making

  • you are on top of new digital trends, research and tools and are eager to experiment

  • you love testing stuff before moving forward

  • you thrive in a small team and fast-paced environment

  • organized self-starter with an all hands-on deck mentality and down to work

your skills:

  • 2-3 years experience in digital marketing with a proven growth track record

  • experience in lead generation for b2b and funnel building

  • excellent communication skills in English

  • experience with website builders like

  • google ad (grant) experience + analytics pro

  • deep understanding of numbers and curiosity towards KPIs

  • digging online tools like slack, gsheets, typeform, zapier, tag manager, data studio and other magic makers

  • experience with website optimisation as well as A/B testing

your area of responsibility

(take a deep breath, this is quite a long list - don’t worry if you don’t feel confident enough to cover all of them, that’s just our wishlist)

  • building & optimizing of our b2b funnel

  • conversion optimization incl testing, analyzing and reporting all things community

  • close cooperation with all our departments especially community and partnerships

  • ensuring that all our systems and fancy tools talk to each other (aka automation)

  • chip in when it comes to content creation and ensure we are doing more of the right things

  • question the status quo until data shows you it’s the way to go

some KPIs we had in mind for you:

  • optimise our b2b sales funnel on the employer website and deliver at least 50 prospects for the upcoming quarter

  • optimise our community growth strategy including product testing, funnel building and data-driven decision-making

  • SEO-optimizing of our current websites, making sure we are ranked #1 for multiple terms (we are doing great already for mentoring)

  • optimise our google ad strategy by 20% in the first year (or experiment and come up with a better channel ;))
