your area of responsibility
being responsible for strategizing and executing brand and promotional campaigns to enhance our market presence
refining and developing our content marketing strategy across all channels, optimise and implement it to strengthen branding, community and to boost sales
extensive copywriting and graphic design and maintenance for website, blog, newsletters, emails and all social media channels
crafting highly effective copy for google & other ad formats that converts
working closely with all departments, especially community and partnerships to achieve collective goals
some metrics & KPIs we’ll be looking at:
# of produced content
growth in social media followers
engagement rate, CTR and conversion rates per post
increase of website traffic driven by socials
your profile
you’d excel in this role as:
🖋️ as ChatGPT fan: you know how to prompt ChatGPT (we call it Chad) to get the best on-point copy that inspires, educates & converts and you basically use it for any other tasks as well cause #efficiency
🎨 as Canva pro: Your excellent eye for design and attention to detail make your content stand out on all platforms. Ideally you also bring video creation and editing skills to create engaging content.
🤳 as social media addict: ideally you have a proven track record of growing a social media following or relevant KPIs that we can have a look at. A big plus would be if your instagram aesthetics are goals, you landed some semi-viral hits on TikTok (fine if your cat is the star), or you share opinionated content on Linkedin.
💡 detail-oriented: you have an eye for detail and can identify issues before they escalate. Your proactive nature helps to ensure smooth operations and top-quality outcomes.
🎯 organized and reliable: you're reliable and have strong organizational skills. You're able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without missing a beat.
📨 effective communicator: you communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally. English is a must, German is nice to have.
➕bonus points: You have experience in campaign creation and content strategy and you have already worked with different content formats: AR, gif, etc. It would also be a big advantage if you have already worked with influencers.

We'd like to inform you that this role is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 15-25 hours per week. If you're based in Austria, we can employ you directly. However, for our team members from other parts of the world, this role would be offered on a freelance contract basis.
