  • College/University Degree in HR subjects or similar

  • 3+ years of recruitment and/or sourcing experience, and this is the area that you would like to further thrive

  • fluent language skills in English and Italian is a must; another European language skill (Spanish/Danish/French/Dutch/German...etc.) is an asset

  • a strong international mindset

  • have the passion to build and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organization

  • have outstanding communication skills to manage clients on all levels

  • you are structured, analytical and service-minded.

We are specialists in complete solutions for the processing, packaging and distribution of food products. Dairy products, juices and nectars, ice cream, cheese, dry foods, fruits, vegetables and pet food are examples of products that can be processed or packaged in Tetra Pak® processing and packaging lines. We focus on keeping the consumption of all raw materials and energy to a minimum during both the manufacturing process and distribution.

your area of responsibility

  • are ready to drive independently end-to-end recruitment processes in cross countries (we support 32 countries)

  • could act as an expert advisor to line managers and HR colleagues in resourcing matters

  • willing to use Competence Based Interview Technique and various other selection tools as part of the recruitment process

  • have experience with Italian labour law offers/contracts is a plus

  • willing to creatively leverage all sourcing channels, including local agencies, to identify talents

  • are inspired to add value by taking part in local and global HR projects.
