  • Master's or bachelor’s degree in either of the following subjects: Economics OR Technologies OR Engineering

  • Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing

  • Fluency in Romanian or other European Languages is an advantage

  • 3-5 years of experience in supplier base management, tactical and/or strategic sourcing & contracting

  • Experience in managing end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in Ariba

  • Experience in driving medium complex negotiations with suppliers

  • Experience in category sourcing (direct or indirect)

  • Strong influencing and business partnering skills

  • Proven data management and analytical skills

  • Solid knowledge of IT systems – SAP ECC and SAP Ariba is preferred

  • SSC and Manufacturing background is considered as an advantage

  • Ability to make recommendations regarding operational changes when is required to the continuous production flow

  • Desire for continuous personal development, to create dynamism and achieving annual goals

  • Proactive, positive, a real can-do attitude, international mindset

  • Ability to work both individually and as a team player

your area of responsibility

  • Manage sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies.

  • Support the supplier managers in their projects with NDA, Supplier code, OHS documentation, and contract negotiation and signature process

  • Support the Supplier Management organization in RFI and RFP events, giving recommendation on supplier selection

  • Lead low value, low risk, multi category end to end sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba within the defined threshold

  • Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts, and best practices.

  • Be the expert in Ariba Sourcing and contracting projects, give trainings to supplier managers in case of necessity.

  • Be responsible for contributing to value creation to our supplier management organization via medium complex negotiations.

  • Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.

  • Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site.

  • Support continuous improvements of procedures and tools. (Standardization, simplification, and automation)
