your area of responsibility
Project Management and Finance Transformation:
Identify and manage finance transformation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our group-wide accounting and finance processes.
Manage and drive documentation of accounting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory filing requirements and enhance the internal control environment.
Identify and implement process improvements, new system implementations, and related automation, also in connection with post-merger integration projects.
Collaborate across G&A as well as company-wide, to drive cross-functional finance and drive the financial strategy and finance business process optimization.
Accounting, Tax, and Treasury:
Act as the primary finance business partner for our group subsidiaries, especially internationally.
Prepare and/or assist in month-end closing processes and assist in timely and accurate preparation of statutory accounts in compliance with local regulations/GAAP.
Assist in and manage treasury and other related cash flow and banking operations tasks within the wider group
Handle VAT reporting and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Coordinate with the central accounting team and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and resolve any issues regarding group subsidiaries.
Stay on top of changes in financial regulations and ensure company compliance, also across international markets.
your profile
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage financial projects in relation to transformation or post-merger integration.
Ideally 3-5 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting and modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Hands-on mentality with a willingness to get involved in detailed financial tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
