your area of responsibility
Take full responsibility of leading project implementation based on program proposals designed by our Learning Design team
Prevent and solve project issues
Gain client trust and manage relationships
Plan deliveries, handling faculty and client agendas
Manage and control deliveries, transmitting the Talent Garden flavour
Manage communications to project stakeholders (participants, relevant business leaders, suppliers etc.)
Support the development of reports that monitor progress against set objectives (including project economics)
Improve procedures related to training operations
Align project stakeholders on progress
Guarantee that the learning experience is in line with expectations
your profile
You recognise yourself as:
A professional with at least 5 years of experience in project management roles, ideally in the learning environment
A professional in dealing with demanding clients, pro-actively solving issues and providing solutions
At ease in delivering presentations, communicating to a wide variety of audiences
Resilient and self-controlling in phases of intense workload taking challenges in your stride
Passionate about the ecosystem of innovation, startups, digital transformation and relevant talent strategies
Flexible and aware of how to collaborate across teams, having fun while stretching your goals and making yourself available to reach joint results
Fluent in oral and written Italian and English
