Handle the Profit & Loss. Keep a balance between revenues and expenditures, and ensure the company's financial health. Utilize unorthodox tactics to reduce costs and improve the bottom line.
Define school strategy. Devise an unconventional tactic to approach the business. Visualize the end goal and figure out the necessary steps to reach it. Then, organize those steps into a comprehensive strategy.
Construct sales-marketing-product plans to tap into fresh potential customers.
