your area of responsibility
Develop the strategy for the industry, relying on the study on the industry and relevant trends (HR, innovation) and leveraging personal connections as well as the network of internal stakeholders and other units.
Set the budget and business goals for the Industry.
Will be in charge of the P&L of the unit and responsible to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and review business project activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.
Define recruitment needs and promote talents by discussing training needs with the Function Masters.
Identify campaigns and marketing strategies relevant to the industry.
Enlarge the industry network, being responsible for promoting TAG USP among industry experts and stakeholders
Participate in the development of new products and services, as well as communication plans, dedicated to the specific industry in collaboration with the L&D and PM teams
Share the strategy internally with relevant stakeholders, and aligns with the (eventual) other Client Partners on target customers and prospects.
Develop detailed account plans for bigger customers and targets
Become the reference point for the customers in terms of future skills development and innovation
Collaborate with the Program Deployment team to assure the quality of our products and services and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
A networking person, able to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with important stakeholders
A reference person for the sector, already counting on an established portfolio of relationships
A strategy maker
A professional with excellent communication and presentation skills
A negotiator who can easily manage important deals and demanding clients
Passionate about the ecosystem of innovation, startups, digital transformation and relevant HR and talent strategies
At ease in a changing and growing environment, working with cross-teams
Fluent in oral and written Italian and English
We require at least 10-15 years of experience in:
Sales and account management
HR and talent strategies
Networking in the selected industry
Business planning and target setting
Procurement politics handling
Hybrid environment (if your physical presence is not required for business reasons, you can work where you prefer);
