  • At least 3-4 years of experience, preferably in our ecosystem/startup sector

  • Good public speaking skills and great communication skills

your area of responsibility

  • Taking care of the onboarding process of the taggers in our community

  • Organizing 1:1s and meetings to get to know each community member and proposing support and ideas, thanks to our network and ecosystem

  • Organizing events for the community (workshops, networking events, parties, inspirational moments, mentorship programs) both on the content side and on the operational side

  • Liaising with colleagues in order to make sure that all sponsorship programs in the campus are correctly carried out

  • Creating content and/or involve our marketing colleague to give visibility to our events, our corporate partners and the community

  • Making sure you, the team and the community uses our tools correctly and if not, step in and teach them

  • Finding every occasion to use all Talent Garden has to offer (from school programs, to visibility) in order to help our community members

  • Managing the community budget for the campus

  • Staying up to date with digital trends and local ecosystem (contacts, news, events)
