your area of responsibility
Taking care of the onboarding process of the taggers in our community
Organizing 1:1s and meetings to get to know each community member and proposing support and ideas, thanks to our network and ecosystem
Organizing events for the community (workshops, networking events, parties, inspirational moments, mentorship programs) both on the content side and on the operational side
Liaising with colleagues in order to make sure that all sponsorship programs in the campus are correctly carried out
Creating content and/or involve our marketing colleague to give visibility to our events, our corporate partners and the community
Making sure you, the team and the community uses our tools correctly and if not, step in and teach them
Finding every occasion to use all Talent Garden has to offer (from school programs, to visibility) in order to help our community members
Managing the community budget for the campus
Staying up to date with digital trends and local ecosystem (contacts, news, events)
