your area of responsibility

  • Develops the strategy for specific clients, relying on relevant trends (HR, innovation) and leveraging on personal connections as well as the network of internal stakeholders and other units.

  • Being responsible for promoting TAG USP among important clients stakeholders, in collaboration with the L&D team(s)

  • Shares the strategy internally with relevant stakeholders, and aligns with the Industry Lead on target customers and prospects.

  • Becomes the reference point for the customers in terms of future skills development and innovation

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Innovation Design & Product Deployment teams to assure the quality of the products and services and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • A networking person, able to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with important stakeholders

  • A professional with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • A negotiator who can easily manage big deals and demanding clients

  • Passionate about the ecosystem of innovation, startups, digital transformation and relevant HR and talent strategies

  • At ease in a changing and growing environment, working with cross-teams

  • Fluent in oral and written Italian and English

We require a minimum of 7 years of experience in:

  • Sales and account management

  • HR and talent strategies

  • Procurement politics handling
