  • An experienced and sales driven individual with at least 5-6 years of B2B sales / business development and corporate relations related experience

  • Consulting experience is a plus, especially in training, innovation and change management areas

  • Carrying an extensive knowledge and network within the local B2B ecosystem

  • Proven track record of growing businesses through B2B sales and development

  • A Goals oriented leader and willing to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Loving innovation, technology and education

What Talent Garden is looking for in the B2B Director’s profile?

  • Business results and data-driven: In this role you will be responsible for leading and reaching ambitious B2B sales targets through active business development efforts

  • An experienced individual with a corporate network in Spain that is able to establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with important stakeholders

  • Experience in developing strategy for selected corporate clients, relying on relevant trends (HR, innovation) and leveraging personal connections as well as the network of internal stakeholders and other teams

  • A professional with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • A negotiator who can easily manage big deals and demanding clients

  • Individual who is truly passionate about the ecosystem of innovation, startups, digital transformation and relevant HR and talent strategies

  • Approach that puts community & team first - acting as an enabler to lead the team and aggregate relevant companies around the brand

  • An individual who is passionate about creating positive impact, innovating and having credibility in the ecosystem as one of the thought leaders

  • An individual that believes in a cultural transformation based on employee training and empowerment

  • An experienced leader with ability to handle project complexity at local and international levels

  • Being good at stakeholder management to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration

  • A self-starter willing to think outside the box

  • At least B2 level of English

your area of responsibility

  • Managing B2B sales and development activity line in Spain to reach yearly goals and deliver transformational activities for clients

  • Creating and articulating compelling value proposition of Talent Garden for the B2B clients

  • Positioning Talent Garden Spain as the reference point for the B2B customers in terms of future skills development and innovation

  • Working with the rest of the team to assure the quality of products and services, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Continuing to grow exponentially every year, to reach ambitious goals

  • Unlocking any new relevant market growth opportunities in relation to B2B in Spain

  • Creating a corporate partners community around Talent Garden: acting as a business partner who is accountable for achieving sales targets by managing relationships with the clients and developing the network to create new business opportunities in Spain and internationally.

  • Staying proactive and fully autonomous are one of the most important characteristics and responsibilities for the candidate.
