your profile

  • Degree in economics, business administration or law at the university level or equal qualification ideally with a technical background

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the industry; ideally in different positions (multiskilled) or consulting, process or project management

  • Lateral leadership and strong project management skills

  • English and German, both written and spoken (further languages as an additional asset)

  • Sound Knowledge of hazard business risks (production, business interruption) and risk management tools

  • BCM standards (e.g. ISO / BS-Norms), concepts, methods, best practices as an additional asset.

  • Willingness and ability to travel (~10%)

your area of responsibility

  • Management of Swarovski’s Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) System according to the requirements of ISO 22301:2019

  • Identifying, quantifying and assessing potential business interruption risks and establishing recovery strategies

  • Developing, updating and maintaining recovery strategies and plans along the value chain

  • Handling of business interruptions in case of claims by acting as crisis facilitator to all involved internal stakeholders

  • Maintaining a consistent BCM awareness and communication program
