  • Experience in leading a team using coaching-based leadership style

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Recruitment (both agency and in-house)

  • Outstanding people and communication skills

  • Fluent English both spoken and written

  • Technology is our life: we love reading, hearing, and learning about it, we expect the same from you too

  • Innovative, curious, and positive personality

  • We like to visit meetups and conferences to have first-hand experience when it comes to new tech

  • We're recruiting internationally, so experience in this will be a big plus (London, Amsterdam)Our team is cool, easy-going, and very humorous (at least we think so), so we want to have someone with the same mindset :) University degree (BA/BSc) is needed (unless you convince us that it's not)

your area of responsibility

  • Leading a team of 4 recruiters

  • Constantly align with Delivery Management on current team plan and hiring needs

  • Be a trusted advisor to our recruitment team members, provide guidance, information, and support

  • Besides team management responsibilities you’ll be doing full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer for tech/non-tech roles throughout the company

  • Reporting to Head of Talent to ensure flawless sync between management and recruitment team

  • Building diverse and robust active and passive pipelines for existing roles

  • Keep our ATS (Lever) happy by uploading and managing it on a daily base

  • Ensure a positive experience for all of our candidates

  • Use of data to understand candidate needs and ensure hiring process quality
