Degree in business administration, dentistry or training with similar qualifications
Professional experience in medical devices (ideally biomaterials or dental) min 3 yrs
Pronounced knowledge of project management
Experience in social media and online marketing
Strong communication skills, focus on results and flexibility in the area of responsibility
Willingness to travel (customer events, trade fairs, congresses, trainings)
Business fluent English
Ability to memorize details like product specifications.

your area of responsibility
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Product Specialist to join our fantastic marketing team. Responsibilities include market prospecting and trends analysis, performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, reporting on portfolio performance and offering recommendations to the R&D team. You may also be in charge with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches.
To be successful as a Product Specialist, you must have a passion for the products you work with and keep expanding product knowledge. Outstanding product specialists should have a keen eye for spotting market trends, a willingness to inspire clients, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Conducting thorough market analysis, which may include taking surveys, doing desktop research, sending emails and making calls, and even attending product launches of rival companies.
Collaborating and strategizing with the business teams.
Assisting with the development of business plans.
Development, coordination and implementation of product-related projects
Planning and implementation of launches/relaunches
Reporting and analysis of portfolio performance.
Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing.
Planning and implementing local and international trainings and events.
