your area of responsibility
Support and help shape the data and business intelligence strategy, working toward positioning SPORTFIVE as a data-driven organization
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the “Power BI & Data Architecture” project, including the transition from SAP BW and GCP to a Power BI-first infrastructure
Drive the integration of Microsoft Fabric solutions, such as DataFactory, Lakehouse, Synapse, and Power BI, to help build the foundation for SPORTFIVE's data landscape
Lead and develop the Data & Analytics team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ongoing support for data-related projects
Conduct regular alignment meetings with key stakeholders to review project progress, address challenges, and support strategic objectives
Oversee sprint planning and agile execution for priority use cases, in collaboration with Finance and other departments, to ensure efficient adoption of new technology
Foster effective collaboration between technical teams and business units to meet company-wide data and reporting needs
your profile
Background in data architecture, business intelligence, and project management
Proven experience with Power BI and Microsoft Azure Data technologies (Fabric, DataFactory, Lakehouse, Synapse)
Previous involvement in SAP BW transition projects (preferred)
Strong leadership experience in guiding data teams and managing cross-functional projects
Strategic and hands-on mindset, with an ability to balance short-term objectives and long-term goals
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and other departments
Fluent in english; additional languages are a plus
