  • Design and execute real estate transformation projects across Schneider businesses - industrial functions, R&D, front delivering adapted spaces : rightsized, performant, functional, well located @ competitive cost. Schneider group policies will be applied for building design (carbon performance, energy efficiency, safety, security, workplace of the future, smart building..) and for support function processes : procurement, legal, environment, finance..Space evolution shall mirror group strategy showcasing Schneider products and solutions as well as well as providing a workspace designed for well-being and talent attraction.


Participate in the design and execution of the Real Estate policy based on 4 key drivers:

  • sustainable (decarbonation, energy efficiency, circular economy, biodiversity..)

  • resilient (flexible, secure, adaptable)

  • hyper efficient (smart, rightsized, cost optimized)

  • people-centric improve employee experience (talent retention and talent attraction) as well as customer experience by showcasing Schneider products and solutions
