your area of responsibility
As a Consultant Commerce (m/f/x) you are a fundamental member of our interdisciplinary project teams. You advise companies - from startups to corporations - in shaping their digital transformation through innovations with the help of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud to Order Management System. Whether B2B or B2C - you support companies from a wide range of industries in making business processes leaner, more digital and more efficient and thus have a sustainable positive impact on the daily business of our customers.
This is how you help us make digitization a tangible experience:
Cooperate with customers, analyze use cases and design new target processes
Work closely with customers and be responsible for requirements gathering.
Provide support to our sales department on marketing scoping projects
Create concepts, break down requirements into epics, features and user stories, and define functional and non-functional acceptance criteria
Advise customers on solution selection, conduct feasibility studies and define MVPs for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud or Order Management System.
Participates in the implementation of Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud and Order Management System into other Salesforce clouds

your profile
At least two years of professional experience as a business analyst, consultant or product owner in building and operating cloud-based commerce or CMS solutions
Solid Salesforce experience (plus: certifications for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (native), Experience Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud)
Holistic, customer-centric understanding of e-commerce business processes and challenges
Commerce passionist and always informed about current topics and new trends in online commerce
Knowledge in the application of use cases, prototyping, story mapping or similar.
IT affinity and know-how in SaaS, databases, PIM, DAM, ERP integrations and commerce solutions
Analytical skills and strong problem-solving ability
Strong communication skills in German and English as well as project-related willingness to travel
Ideally experience in (agile) project management and IT implementations
HTML, CSS or other programming skills are a plus, but not mandatory
