your area of responsibility
You provide administrative support to our leadership team and ensure efficient operations
You work closely with our executive assistant, supporting her in the day-to-day business
You are the contact person for appointment management and coordination for the leadership team
You are in charge of travel management questions, such as travel organization, cost accounting and more
You organize internal and external meetings for the leadership team
You support your team in the organization of our quarterly office weeks
You help our Front Office Managers, if needed
