  • Recent graduate or student in last year of an engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Energy Engineering)

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication in English and German (C1).

  • Knowledge in the design and development of solar PV plants.

Desired skills

  • Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or Renewable Energy.

  • Work experience in solar PV.

  • Professional knowledge in other languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, etc.).

  • Passion in finding the best solution to customer questions/issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mind with creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong work ethic, team player, and eagerness to learn.

  • Sociable, curious, open minded and creative.

your area of responsibility

We are looking for an Engineer specialized in Solar photovoltaic energy to join our Customer Success team for the DACH region (German-speaking countries). This is an entry level / internship role with the possibility to enjoy the company on a permanent basis afterwards.

The candidate will be responsible for

  • Provide assistance to customers via email or conference call.

  • Optimize the designs of clients for better and more realistic results maximizing the value that the product delivers.

  • Provide technical support and training sessions to both current and potential clients.

  • Assist the corresponding Customer Success Manager in their assigned markets.

  • Provide technical support to the Marketing team to generate content.

  • Improve customer onboarding processes.

  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.

  • When discovering new features, help ideate potential solutions & improvements alongside the Product team.

  • When launching new features to production, being part of the Quality Assurance team to ensure that everything in the product is working as expected.
