Working with stakeholders to ensure employees are well-informed across the org โ on-site and remote
Personifying our company values - being human, trust, transparency, entrepreneurship
And showcasing how our Pleoโers embody them too
Ensuring our tone of voice remains fun, informal but also direct and informative
Working with our in-house Employee Experience and Brand teams to cook up new, exciting and engaging communication activities
Working closely with our Employer Brand Manager and PR team to make sure our internal comms messages are on-point with external activities intended to boost our company reputation for would-be employees (and customers!)
