Our candidate has 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations preferably in the SaaS industry
You have experience in rolling out complex projects and processes on time in a fast-paced environment while keeping an eye on the big picture
You understand sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
You have a deep understanding of data analytics, sales processes, and methodologies
You have excellent Excel and preferably experience with BI tools and SQL
You are fluent with CRM and other sales tools
You have perfect English skills (German is a plus) and excellent communication skills that help understanding requirements and aligning internal stakeholders on adoption, priorities and processes

your area of responsibility
Support the sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Be a trusted partner for Sales and Customer Success teams
Own core processes and data relevant for sales customer journey
Refine and implement customer classification, sales process and customer journey tracking in our CRM
Setup a data driven framework and policies to constantly improve and optimize the growth engine and customer journey including but not limited to funnel analytics, forecasting and main KPIs

The annual gross base salary for this position based on a full-time employment depending on your individual professional qualifications and previous experience ranges from € 44,800.- to € 56,000.-. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
