your area of responsibility

  • Support contract management and project planning.

  • Develop, review, and approve electrical design plans and schedules.

  • Create cost estimates, analyze designs for technical efficiency, and perform calculations.

  • Prepare reports, contract documents, and final construction drawings.

  • Use AutoCAD and engineering software for tasks.

  • Lead inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews.

  • Inspect installations for compliance with design and safety standards.

  • Provide quality assurance and mentor junior engineers.

  • Stay updated on electrical engineering innovations.

  • Assist with recruitment, training, and ensuring a safe work environment.

  • Perform additional duties as required.

your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

  • Licensed Professional Engineer required.

  • Up to 10 years in construction management/design, preferably in power generation or UPS.

  • Preferred experience with US Government and Military projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, project management, planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in construction techniques, electrical layout design, inspection, and cost estimation.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, engineering software (CAD/Revit), and project planning.

  • Must reside in the US and be eligible for employment (no visa sponsorship available).
