your area of responsibility
Review the Client’s Program of Requirements, site characteristics, and relevant statutes, regulations, and codes.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and interior designers.
Attend project kick-off meetings and conduct site investigations; assist with client engagement for necessary reports.
Conduct Building Assessment evaluations and provide detailed compliance reports.
Review scopes of work, specifications, and plans to ensure project milestones and cost-effective design solutions.
Resolve outstanding design issues and act as a consultant for decision-making.
Provide input for developing design and construction standards to maintain project quality.
Deliver Design Review services across all phases and provide competent, aesthetically sensitive feedback on drawings.
Create basic drawings, including sketches, 2D and 3D representations, and construction details.
• Provide signed and sealed construction documents, specifications, and required documentation for projects, ensuring compliance with codes.
• Represent Planate at construction meetings, ensuring design execution aligns with documents, schedule, and budget.
• Validate contractor mark-ups and changes after construction completion.
• Assist with progress meetings and secure necessary regulatory approvals and permits.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
your profile
Licensed Architect in Greece.
Knowledgeable in office automation systems, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
At least 8 years of experience in planning and developing concepts for long-range recapitalization programs.
Knowledge of civil, structural, electrical, fire protection, mechanical engineering, and architecture.
Extensive experience applying fundamental engineering concepts and terminology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
