your area of responsibility

  • Lead and manage construction projects, including ground-up construction and tenant improvements.

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs and specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations (TJC, OSHA, NFPA).

  • Review and approve engineering plans for public authority submissions.

  • Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.

  • Conduct inspections and ensure materials and workmanship meet standards.

  • Resolve construction issues and maintain safety protocols.

  • Maintain documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Perform quality control reviews.

your profile

  • Minimum of 8 years in construction management, particularly in healthcare and commercial buildings.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods and healthcare facility design.

  • Proficient in software for drawings and virtual models.

  • Strong understanding of relevant codes and safety standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in report preparation.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex problems.

  • Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.

  • Experience with projects valued at $10 million or more
