  • expertise in content marketing through at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience

  • mature understanding of B2B SaaS as well as marketing and creative teams (our target group)

  • deep know-how in the conception, planning and implementation of content marketing

  • understanding and feeling for UX and brand design

  • analytical way of thinking as well as precise handling of data and KPI's

  • proven competencies in analytics and SEO, experience with hubspot is an advantage

  • affinity for software and the start-up world, co-creation of growth strong team spirit and interest in mentoring/knowledge transfer structured and independent way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility, hands-on mentality and thinking outside the box

  • knowledge of German at native level

your area of responsibility

  • conception and implementation of content projects and pieces: from target group analysis to implementation and evaluation independent conception, publication and evaluation of our content for our content hub (blog) inclusively seeding through our channels email, marketing, social media, website and google

  • deep know-how in SEO

  • independent coordination of internal and external content creators (design, text), clear briefing as well as quality assurance

  • strategic analysis and optimisation of existing content and formats with a clear focus on the growth of organic traffic and the generation of leads

  • research of trends and competition in combination with findings of Performance Marketing, Customer Success, Sales and Product, development of content-categories and content pieces / projects
