your area of responsibility
Improve and maintain endpoint security and access control solutions according to internal policies, procedures and technical guidelines
Improve and maintain technical solutions in global offices
Support business users and stakeholders according to the global schedule
Execute defined tasks and procedures across a range of technologies
Work across the business on projects and programs that deliver value to our business stakeholders
Create new procedures and documents as part of the Global Business Systems Application Engineering Excellence program
your profile
At least one year of experience in IT support is a plus
Strong communication skills with effective listening and interpretative abilities
Knowledge of endpoint management and business applications
Experience working within processes to deliver defined support solutions
Familiarity with troubleshooting support issues
Experience working as part of a team
Comfortable working with others within a support solution lifecycle
Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders across business functions to mitigate and resolve support issues
Basic-level proficiency with platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Okta, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, MDM tools and Slack
