your area of responsibility
Quota-carrying position - own the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
Handle customer communication via call, account reviews and any email interaction
Proactively own and manage a portfolio of SMB & Mid Market level accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer
Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
Possess a comprehensive understanding of Pipedrive solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organisation
Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of Pipedrive
Partner with others across Pipedrive to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back
your profile
5+ years of experience in mid market / enterprise sales or account management, with focus on SaaS
Ability to deliver on possible complex customer needs, developing new opportunities within their portfolio of accounts
Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle - from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
Positive attitude, empathetic and energetic
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and software solutions.
Proven ability to manage and nurture customer relationships, with a focus on retention and growth.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to analyze usage data, customer feedback, and other KPIs to make informed account decisions
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on solutions and driving results
Experience managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
