your area of responsibility
Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive sales and identify growth opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and sales strategies.
Implement sales processes, tools, and metrics to track and evaluate team performance.
Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness; implement sales automation tools and technologies as needed.
Accurately forecast sales revenue and report on sales progress.
Contributing to the discussions and research into Petcube’s overall business strategy.
Working closely with cross-functional teams across the organization, such as Marketing, Design, Operations, R&D, and Customer Support to ensure the company’s overall success.
