your area of responsibility

  • Find your bearings, grasp Zemanta products and start to build key internal and external relationships.

  • Shadow and support your Customer Success team members and feel comfortable navigating our internal systems.

  • Communicating with clients, building client relationships, and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Proficient in the Zemanta platform and conduct customer on-boardings, helping clients to get familiar with our platform and services, while highlighting Zemanta's key features.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, implementing performance based customer success strategies to ensure customer growth, improve quality of service, reduce customer churn, and have a proficient understanding of the company's long-term goals.

  • Analyze data on a regular basis for each client, using data, analytics, and other tools to present recommendations on optimisations and scaling opportunities.

  • Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to help shape future campaign strategies.

  • Help client's replicate successful performance strategies and expand into new products or markets.

  • Function as a point person to escalate issues and problems that are hampering growth for the business.

  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different regions and time zones, namely with sales (to manage the handoff of clients), operations (to troubleshoot any technical issues and help implement custom solutions) and product (to provide customer feedback on platform functionality and new feature requests).

  • Identifying and presenting growth opportunities for your clients.

  • Being an expert on trends and best practices for programmatic and performance advertising.

your profile

  • No need for formal technical training/education, but you should be able to grasp technical concepts easily, and should be familiar with terms such as CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversion funnel, remarketing, and ROAS.

  • An excellent command of written and spoken English. Italian is a plus.

  • Understanding of the programmatic digital marketing landscape and digital advertising (1-2 years of experience working as account manager, media planner, or media trader.)

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel; manipulating large data sets (pivot tables are your friend!). You should be comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in spreadsheets, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.

  • Highly goal-oriented attitude and resilience in pursuit of growth.

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • An obsession for detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ambition and curiosity.

  • Resourceful, bright, proactive and a go-getter mindset, working well independently and as part of a team.

  • Understanding of web technology, ability for fast learning and not being afraid of complexity and being comfortable in working with both clients and technical teams.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead multiple projects and relationships with little supervision Communication.

  • Comfortable presenting data-driven stories and recommendations internally and externally. Having no problem jumping on a call with a client at a moment's notice.

  • Ability to influence people - Clients often come in with an idea of what they want to do and responsibility for advising them on the best possible solution will be yours, even if it's not what the client initially thought they wanted.

  • Ability to quickly grasp & learn new technical subjects and be able to explain them to others.

  • Bonus points if you ever worked at a marketing performance agency or have experience in online advertising especially account or campaign management.

  • Extra points if you know your way around DV360, TheTradeDesk and Facebook Ads Manager.
