Minimum university degree in Natural sciences, Technical sciences or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of working experience, including at least 2 years’ experience in various pharmaceutical functions e.g. supply chain / production and / or technical development with clear understanding of business processes and pharmaceutical industry.
English - fluent in written and spoken. Other languages – preferred.
Experiences/knowledge in project management and leading project teams to ensure realization of product strategy.
Intercultural experiences and strong learning agility to work in complex and rapidly changing business environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to interpret and communicate complex information.
Ability to continuously foster holistic view over the project activities with strong risk awareness.
Capability to work in a matrix organization and multi-disciplinary teams.

your area of responsibility
Responsible for Project Governance of Life-Cycle Events (launches, transfer, divestments, changes ...) for innovative and generic portfolio across all project phases. Leading local and / or global cross-sites and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal realization of product strategies. Ensuring NTO objectives are reached during ongoing life-cycle activities for top Novartis molecules.
Your key responsibilities:
Project Governance of Life-Cycle Events across initiation, execution, registration and implementation project phase.
Submission and Implementation strategy management in alignment with the Novartis Technical Operations strategy.
Set-up and lead local and/or global cross-sites and cross-functional project teams.
Planning and executing change-over activities.
Regulatory approval & Implementation strategy overview.
Identify potential risks and elaborate contingency plans.
Project status reporting and KPI monitoring.
Proactively drive process improvements and participate within cross-functional / cross-supply initiatives.
