your area of responsibility
Coordinate team of 5 researchers (growing the team, coordinating workload)
Develop existing Client relations to expand the business with new FMCG and non-FMCG Clients
Prepare proposals to Clients (working out the appropriate research design/methodology to meet client needs, negotiating)
Coordinate cooperation with Data Acquisition Department and Analytics Team,
Learn new advanced and technology-based methodologies, keeping up to date with the newest solutions for Clients.
Support team with project execution
your profile
University degree preferably in Marketing, Research or a Business related field,
Working experience in Market Research or Business Analytics and Client Servicing,
Good knowledge of research methods, analysis, and tools,
Knowledge of FMCG and Retail industry
Knowledge of shopper research will be a plus
Experience with people management,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Strong business acumen, strategic perspective, and good knowledge of market dynamics,
Fluent English, Russian would be an advantage,
Good organizational skills,
Competent negotiator with effective influencing skills.
