your area of responsibility
Supporting a team of sales consultants who take care of a portfolio of clients
Administrative work on the PC - preparing contracts, billing orders, financial forecasting (Microsoft Dynamics), internal instructions
Basic working with retail audit data
An important part of the job is communication across the whole company - not only in Czech but also in English
Very good communication skills
Native Czech + advanced knowledge of English
Independence, accuracy, responsibility and reliability, ability to orientate quickly
Advanced proficiency in desktop technologies - mainly MS Word and MS Excel
High School / University education (preferably economic), relevant experience is an advantage but not a condition
