Work experience in customer support and dealing with people
Flexible work schedule - some days there is more to do and others less.
High social and communication skills
Ability to work independently and flexibility
Computer affinity (iOs and Android should not be foreign words to you)
Native level written and verbal communication in German
Fluent in English (grammar and spelling), preferably a third language.
You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit
Bonus skills:
Experience in working with a CRM system/tool
Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
