Proficient Grammar and Verbal Communication English skills. Minimum English level: C1
Bachelor’s degree in Human sciences
Minimum 1 year of experience in digital recruiting
Knowledge of creative sourcing
Experience with high/difficult profiles
Basic knowledge in employment country laws
Attention to detail
Familiarity with Recruiting Systems (Recruitee is a plus)
Strong organizational skills

We rely on talent, excellence, and a strong culture to keep the organization on the cutting-edge of the industry, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Professional with a desire to help us attract and retain top talent on our growth journey. This person will be responsible for executing and monitoring recruiting and staffing functions, responsible for bringing great people into the organization!
What you will do:
Set up the recruiting process for the whole EMEA region
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Stakeholders
Promote the Company's HR brand in close collaboration with Marketing Team
Identify candidates and populate the candidate pipeline
Send screening information and present selected candidates data to hiring managers
Schedule interviews for candidates with hiring managers and other parties involved, distributing all necessary materials to candidates and hiring managers for the interview process
Follow up on candidates and interview team responses and questions
Update candidate and members of the interviewing team and recruiters via email and/or phone communication
Modify and update coordinated interviews
ATS management, including but not limited to: prescreening, resume upload/download, profile creation, etc
Assist hiring managers with other tasks as needed
