Job Summary:
Mondi FPF is seeking a results-driven and structured Industry Group Manager (IGM) to take charge of our Functional Barrier Paper portfolio for Technical Applications.
Your mission:
Own the volumes, turnover, and margin performance for the product segment.
Define and implement growth and profitability strategies, aligned with overall business goals.
Translate vision into action by guiding sales strategy and execution with the commercial team.
Support Business Solutions Managers (BSMs) at regional level
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers including business reviews, negotiations and margin management.
Drive market intelligence by tracking competition and customer needs.
Lead the innovation strategy by identifying new applications for the product portfolio.
Establish and implement pricing and margin strategy to support profitability targets.
Understand new markets and identify where Mondi’s barrier papers can create value.
Onboard pilot customers and guide them through early-stage development.
Generate new leads and hand them over to the Sales team after successful qualification.
Cooperate closely with Market Research team to validate trends and opportunities.
