your area of responsibility
Develop compelling, purpose-driven content, with a focus on topics related to employee engagement, sustainability and more
Contribute to the re-launch of our mobile-optimised intranet, helping shape the future channel management approach, with the opportunity to act as global channel manager in future
Create and execute various communication campaigns and initiatives across primarily internal digital channels that help tell Mondi’s story and support our corporate strategy, working closely with colleagues across the business and other functions
Collaborate across Group Communication, Business Units and Group Functions to optimise stories for primarily internal digital channels and internal audiences
Serve as a content consultant and expert partner for stakeholders from the Mondi Business Units and other Group Functions, such as Sustainable Development and Human Resources
Serve as a guardian and ambassador for content quality standards, communication governance and guidelines for stakeholders across the organisation and external suppliers
Contribute to the Communication and Marketing community editorial infrastructure development, operation, and governance
Oversee partner agencies that support us with copywriting, videos, photography, events and translations
your profile
At least 3-5 years of experience in communication or marketing for an international organisation or agency environment
Passion for content creation and ability to communicate complex topics in an engaging way with strong content development skills, including writing texts, creating video storylines and agency briefings
Native-level fluency in English required, additional languages are an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes, including SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with digital platforms and communication, including building sites in SharePoint and the ability to assess effectiveness of content using Google Analytics 4 to make data-driven content decisions
Team-player with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while working on multiple projects simultaneously
Proactive, self-starter that comes to the table with ideas and solutions and can show flexibility in a changing and dynamic environment

We offer a compensation package starting at ~ € 45.000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
